Thermal Drone

Deer Recovery

The deer in this video was NOT being hunted. This was only filmed to provide an example of how using thermal imaging, we can help locate your wounded deer or it’s carcass.

Don’t Wait.
Time is Critical for a Successful Recovery

When the trail runs cold with traditional tracking, w can help you find your wounded deer that got away.

By leveraging the DJI Matrice 4T drone with state-of-the-art thermal imaging, we can rapidly cover extensive ground, locating your wounded deer with precision. This technology dramatically increases the chances of a successful recovery, ensuring you get your deer and honoring its harvest.

How it Works

  1. Call ASAP - Every minute counts. The sooner we're on the scene, the greater the chance of a successful recovery.

  2. Launch & Search: I'll deploy my drone, using its thermal imaging to hunt for and pinpoint the heat signature of your wounded deer or it’s carcass.

  3. Recovery: Once located, I will get its GPS coordinates and give you a QR Code to scan with your phone showing you in Google Maps exactly where to find it.

The Fine Print

Maximum altitude limit is 400’ AGL (above ground limit). However, if the mission is in an FAA controlled

airspace, it could be less depending on the site’s proximity to an airport. Waivers to exceed LANNC grid

altitude limits can be submitted, but approval cannot be guaranteed.

The following weather conditions could affect whether a flight would need to be rescheduled:

  • Precipitation such as rain, snow, sleet, or hail — any kind of weather condition where something's falling from the sky.

  • High winds or wind gusts

  • Extreme heat or cold (Below 14º or over 100º)
